In Anse-à-Galets, the Center Professionnel of St. Francis of Assisi (CPSFA), also known as The Professional Center, educated 98 students this school year! These photos are from this year’s Défilé, or graduation ceremony for students who completed the two-year vocational program. At the graduation, culinary arts students prepared all of the food for the event. Bar and banquet students arranged the décor. Fashion and sewing students wore garments that they made for the occasion. This graduation was professional center excellence in action!
